Data-Med Transcription, Inc. is a Midwest based service with significant experience in the transcription of all types of medical and allied health care reports including history & physical, operative reports, procedures, consults, discharge summaries, clinic notes, and psychology/mental health reports. Our clients have multiple dictation options with reports transcribed in the format of their choice. The completed transcription is delivered via our secure client-viewer platform for immediate download and/or distribution by the client manager. Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours, however, we do offer reduce pricing for a slightly longer turnaround time. Of course, stat reports are always given immediate priority. Digital dictation capabilities - 800# phone-in and digital recorder or PC voice file recordings.
